After the natural gas is burned by the combustion furnace, the flue gas of about 300℃ enters the washing tower and contacts with the cooling water sprayed from the top of the tower, where the gas is cooled and the dust is washed. The washing water discharged from the bottom of the tower enters the setting cooling pool to remove the entrained solids Particles, and the temperature of the gas discharges from the top of the tower drops to 40℃ , and the pressure is boosted to 6kPa by the booster fan and enters the bottom of the CO absorption tower. The CO component in the gas in the absorption tower is absorbed by the composite amine solution. The tail gas that has not been absorbed is washed and cooled to 42℃, and then entrained solution is removed by the demister, and then directly discharged into the atmosphere. After cooling, the washing liquid returns to the underground tank, and then circluates through the return liquid pump.

The solution that absorbs CO2 to reach equilibrium is called rich liquid. The rich liquid is pumped out from the bottom of the tower by the rich liquid pump. After pressurization, it enters the lean-rich liquid heater and is heated to 95-98C. It is sprayed into the tower through the top of the regeneration tower. Some components in the rich liquid in the tower are decomposed into CO2, CO2 and a large amount of water vapor flow out from the top of the tower into the regeneration gas condenser, and exchange heat with cooling water to the CO2 separator. The mixed liquid entrained by the gas in the separator is separated, and the product CO2 is pressurized by the compressor and enters the desulfurization tower to remove sulfur, NOx, moisture and other impurities. After sterilization and deodorization, it is liquefied by the liquefier and then enters the purification tower for purification. The purified CO2 purity can reach 99.99% food grade.
