PSA H2 generatorThe PSA hydrogen generator(PSA H2 generator)of ammonia decomposition method takes liquid ammonia as the raw material, decompresses through the liquid ammonia pressure reducing valve, vaporizes in the carburetor and enters the decomposition furnace, decomposes at the temperature of  800°C-850°C. After decomposition, the high-temperature gas conducts heat exchange with gaseous ammonia in the heat exchanger, decomposes the gas to cool down, and the gas ammonia recovers the heat and enters the decomposition furnace after heating up. Then a mixture of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen is made. The mixture enters the gas purification system to remove residual water and other impurities, and finally clean hydrogen gas is output.


The chemical reaction formula is 2NH3→3H2+N2-O2
